Who it's for
Line managers, HR professionals, and senior leaders
Line managers
Managing people directly - including those with disclosed or suspected neurodivergence. Needing confidence, practical tools, and legal literacy to get it right.
HR & people professionals
Supporting managers to make better decisions, reduce legal risk, and embed neuroinclusion as standard practice - not a one-off training event.
Senior leaders
Setting the tone from the top, understanding the business case, and driving structural change to processes, recruitment, and culture.
The six modules
A deliberate learning journey - from awareness to embedded practice
Rethinking Neurodiversity
What neurodiversity really means - and how it shows up in your team every day
Your Legal Compass
Rights, duties and real risk - the Equality Act 2010 without the jargon
The Disclosure Conversation
Creating safety to speak - and getting the critical first 60 seconds right
Adjustments That Actually Work
From request to reality - co-creation, implementation and sustainability
Fair Management
Performance and feedback - where good intentions and legal risk collide
Making It Stick
From individual skill to embedded neuroinclusive team culture
What makes it different
Beyond awareness - real behaviour change
Behaviour-first, not awareness-first
Every session centres on what managers will do differently - not what they now know. Awareness is the starting point, not the destination.
Scripts and conversation frameworks
We give managers the actual words - the OPEN framework, starter scripts, and real conversation openers for the moments that matter most.
Real, messy scenarios
Participants practise the disclosure conversation, the performance process, the team fairness challenge - before they face them for real.
Legal literacy built in
Managers understand the Equality Act 2010 in practice - including the proactive duty to adjust, what "reasonable" means, and how to document defensibly.
The training is itself neuroinclusive
Chunked content, multiple participation options, materials sent in advance, and accessible design throughout - modelling what it teaches.
Post-programme embedding
Access to TWIC and a full toolkit to ensure the learning stays live long after the programme ends.
